Once you’ve worked through the mental and emotional portion of your break-up you can begin taking care of yourself again. Creating a spiritual cleansing routine will be a powerful way to shift your energy, and will procure the longevity of your positive hard work!
Try some of the tips on this list. Use all of them, or the ones that speak to you!
- Restore your energetic state with a healing session. After you’ve experienced any kind of trauma, or when dealing with heavy emotions you should work with an energy worker to cleanse, clear and restore your energy. Our natural state of being is happy and healthy! This can be done through Reiki, or some other modality of energy work. Reiki is a powerful tool because it shifts and mends energy on all levels to achieve a balanced state. Everyone could use an energy session, so now is the time to treat yourself! - Take a spiritual cleansing bath. A spiritual cleansing bath releases debris from your aura and helps the emotional healing process happen faster. If you’ve just gone through a break-up you should do this everyday for a week (7 days). This will initially help ease and mend the loss, coupled with your positive mental/emotional work things will shine brighter much faster! - Use rose water, or rose tea. Rose is a wonderful flower because its essence vibrates with love and healing. When used as a tea it will work from the inside out helping to repair your aura and attract positive influence. If used as a spray, rose water will help lift the atmosphere and the aura. This will attract lots of good people and energy into your life. Learn about Rose Water and Rose Tea (my two favorite things EVER).
- Create an empowerment plan. Do something affirmative and transformative for yourself. Begin taking a yoga class once a week, or do a quick yoga route every morning. Make a list of affirmations to help shift your way of thinking to a more positive and proactive state. Meditative because when you take time for stillness the voices in your head that are all jumbled begin to disentangle and you find clarity! Any act that makes you feel uplifted, and helps you move toward your goals will help you change your energy for the better. You start to raise your vibration, eliminating unnecessary clutter and getting more of what you want!
